October 30th is the last day to mail in a Vote-by-Mail (VBM) application for the 2018 general election on November 6th. VBM is a painless way to vote, and you can do this even if you are not out of town.
November 5th is the last day you can submit a VBM application to the Morris County Clerk in person.
