CELEBRATE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH! On Sunday, May 5 at 1pm, residents are invited to join the Mendhams Stigma-Free Task Force for a “Stomp Out the Stigma” Walk!

Join us to raise awareness about the importance of talking about mental health and seeking help when needed. Sadly, the stigma associated with mental health challenges is a top reason people don’t see a therapist or ask for support. Make a difference by shining a light on this important issue.

Proceeds from our Third Annual Walk benefit college scholarships to Mendham High School graduates; activities for senior citizens; a community Pride event; school programs, and more!

Register to walk solo or as a team on Community Pass. To sponsor the walk or join the Resource Fair, please email to Walk Chair Liz Tamasi.

The Stigma-Free Task force is also excited to host a pop-up breakfast bake sale outside of Harmony Brookside (2 E. Main St) on Saturday, May 4. Stop by from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m, to learn more about our Walk and pre-register in person!
