Meet Mark Trokan and Susan Luciano for

Mendham Township Committee 2024!

We are delighted that Morris County natives and long-time community volunteers, Democrats Mark Trokan and Susan Luciano have announced their candidacy for the two available seats on the Mendham Township Committee in the November 5th election.

Mark and Susan believe that the Mendham Township Committee must prioritize the needs of our community by promoting sound fiscal policies that better the quality of life for all residents with a focus on protecting and preserving the Township’s open space and bucolic character.

Mark was raised in Mendham Borough and is a proud graduate of West Morris Mendham High School. He moved to Mendham Township with his wife, Sara, and their sons in 2018.  Since moving to the Township Mark has been a consistent and dedicated community volunteer, currently as a member of the Open Space Trust Committee.  Mark has a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law.  He is a partner at a national law firm based in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Susan has been a devoted and committed community volunteer since moving to Mendham Township in 2014.  She currently serves as a member of the Historic Preservation Committee, a member of the board of directors for The Arts Council of the Mendhams, and previously served as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.   Susan graduated from Williams College and Fordham University School of Law and practiced law in Brooklyn, working for the Legal Aid Society Juvenile Rights Division before returning to Morris County with her daughter.
